The ReD Foxes has become one of the leading dance teams throughout the world, performing at four European Championships, two World Championships and two Olympics.
When basketball fans go to a game one of the main parts of entertainment is the dance group. And European and international basketball supporters have had the pleasure of watching over the past six years one of the best teams in the world. Who Are The ReD Foxes?ReD Foxes is a dance team created by current CEO Elena Rozhkova in 2001 in Kiev, Ukraine. ReD Foxes appear in a wide range of sports competitions, concert programs, TV shows and advertisements, commercial presentations and fashion shows all over the world. All the team members are professional gymnasts, ballet and sports dancers who went trough a tough selection procedure. The average height and weight of a team member is 175 cm and 57 kg. There are 300 dancers in the academy with 12 main dancers. And up to 1,000 girls audition for open spots in the academy. 175 RoutinesThe ReD Foxes dancers have a repertoire of 175 dance routines. CEO Rozkova said the United States have not experienced the ReD Foxes. And she hopes other countries can see first hand the dance group, saying: "For us, it's very important to be on the basketball stage. But we are also trying to open new countries - and actually not just countries but also new regions, like Africa, like America, like Australia. We have not been to America though. Some of the girls on the team dream of doing NBA games." 2003 Euroleague Final FoursDuring the 2002-03 season, the ReD Foxes were dancing for Russian club CSKA Moscow. And they were named the best dancing group of the Euroleague. But they could not go to Barcelona for the Final Four because they could not so easily get visas.
